We have been keeping quiet but are now ready to share some exciting news with you…
Bardowie Gin are building a new distillery! This is where we will continue to make our range of gins and explore new flavours! We wanted to share some images of the build with you a few months ago but thought it was just too early. We are now ready to give you a sneak peak of what we have been working on!
The distillery is located at our home ‘The Jaw’ in Baldernock. Bardowie Gin is a huge part of our lives so we thought it would make sense to keep the distillery ‘close to home’.
We will share more images and time-lapse videos over the next couple of weeks in the run- up to lockdown easing.
This year has certainly been tough for the team but due to our loyal customers around Glasgow and pushing our sales online, our business seems to be thriving! Our gins are now flying off the shelves and we are starting to prepare for the re-opening of Milngavie’s Jaw Brew pub and brewery.
The Bardowie Gin team feel optimistic about the next year. Whether we are all in lockdown or not, we now know how to best serve our customers. We want to welcome more people from the local area to enjoy our craft gin and meet others in the community. If you are unfamiliar with our brand, please reach out with any questions or even join one of our online tasting evenings. We love learning more about fellow gin enthusiasts and getting more ideas about future ranges.
Sustainability remains one of our top priorities. With the new build of our distillery, we hope to create more sustainable initiatives going forward.
Please check out our new Easter Gift Box giving you a taste of Jaw Brew Craft beer and each of our new flavoured gins.
We can’t wait to see all of your smiling faces when the Milngavie brewery re-opens. Initially we will be able to seat people outside and if all goes to plan, we can welcome you inside very soon!
