Introducing Bardowie Pink..

We hope you enjoy our delicious pink gin made with botanicals we have picked from our garden on Bardowie Loch. These include bay, blackcurrants, bulrush stem and ground elder (Gardener’s revenge). Our perfect serve is over frozen lemon slices or with a good tonic with fresh raspberries or a sprig of mint. You could try lemonade rather than tonic, then for more exotic slant serve with bergamot, fresh basil, star anise, lemon thyme or coriander leaf!

The Perfect Serve..

Our perfect serve is over plenty of ice or with a tonic of your choice and a garnish of a lemon slice and a torn basil leaf. Alternatively try lemonade instead of tonic.

All our gins work well served neat over plenty ice as a liqueur
